At Tate's Bake Shop, we take pride in the quality of our cookies and treats; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns of food items.

To help us maintain our high quality standards, please provide a brief description and photos of any damage or quality concerns related to your shipment.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days to determine the best resolution, whether it be a full refund or a fresh replacement shipment.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a new tracking number will be provided for replacements.
